语境论视角下的SCI引文分析方法合理性辩护

摘　　要：本文运用科学实在论的语境论方法,从语形、语义和语用相结合的视角分析了SCI引文分析方法的合理性。提出了SCI引文分析方法具有科学计量学的语形规范性和合逻辑性,对同行评阅制度和学术发展具有重要的科学意义,并在学术应用和社会实践中取得了全面的成功。本文为SCI引文分析方法在后现代科学文化中的合理性进行了辩护。Rationality of SCI reference index method is analyzed by using the theory ot context o5 sci- entific realism, which is consisted of syntax, semantics and pragmatics. This article put forward that SCI reference index method might have followed the rules of syntax and language logistics; might have had the value of academic peer review, and might have achieved the successes of academic application and social evaluation system. The rationality of SCI reference index method in post-modern culture also is discussed.
