摘　　要：滚动轴承超精研加工是滚动轴承加工的最后一道工序,其加工方法和加工设备直接决定了滚动轴承的加工成本及品质。从滚动轴承超精研对轴承寿命的影响出发,对油石加工的原理方法及特点进行综述,以期推动滚动轴承超精研加工技术的发展。The super-precision finishing is the last step in rolling bearing processing ,its processing method and processing equipment has deeply influence on the cost and quality of rolling bearings .This article has reviewed the the principle and characteristics of su-per-precision finishing ,and analyzed the influence of the process parameters and the methods on the bearing life ,in order to give a positive role on the super-precision finishing of rolling bearings .
