述情能力特征、心理状况对潜艇兵军事绩效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨潜艇官兵述情能力、心理状况特点,为改善官兵心理素质,提高军事绩效提供科学依据。方法采用工作能力指数量表(WAI)和领导评定对800名潜艇官兵进行测评,根据测评结果划分为军事绩效良好者(240名)和军事绩效较差者(560名),并采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组官兵进行调查。结果 1军事绩效较差者述情障碍总分及因子Ⅱ、因子Ⅲ得分明显高于军事绩效良好者(P<0.05)。2军事绩效良好者SCL-90总分、人际关系敏感均分、抑郁均分、焦虑均分、敌对均分和精神病性症状均分与军事绩效较差者相比均存在显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。3TAS因子Ⅱ、因子Ⅲ,以及SCL-90的人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对和精神病性是影响军事绩效的主要因素。结论潜艇兵军事绩效受述情能力和心理状况的影响,述情能力和心理状况良好的官兵其军事绩效考评成绩更加优秀。Objective To investigate the feeling expression ability and psychological status of submarine soldiers, so as to provide scientific basis for improving their psychological quality and enhancing their military performance. Methods Work ability index scale（WAI） and leadership assessment were adopted to assess 800 submarine soldiers, and they were divided into excellent military performance group（240 cases） and poor military performance group（560 cases） according to the assessment results.Then Toronto alexithymia Scale （TAS-20） and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） were adopted to investigate the two groups.Results （1）The scores of alexithymia, factor Ⅱ and factor Ⅲ in the poor military performance group were significantly higher than those in the excellent military performance group （P〈 0.05）.（2）The differences between the two groups were remarkable in terms of SCL-90 total score, interpersonal sensitivity average score, depression average, anxiety average, hostility average and psychotic symptom average （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）. （3）TAS Factor Ⅱ, factor Ⅲ, and SCL-90 in interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, hostility and psychosis were the main factors affecting military performance.Conclusion Military performance of submarine soldiers are influenced by feeling expression ability and psychological status, and those with good feeling expression ability and psychological status have good military performance appraisal.
