不孕症雌二醇、孕酮减低与超声造影子宫内膜血流灌注相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨不孕症雌二醇、孕酮降低与超声造影子宫内膜血流灌注的相关性。方法 选择30例雌二醇及孕酮减低不孕症患者,受检者均在月经周期第20~23天抽血做内分泌六项化验,并于黄体中期（月经周期第20~23天）经阴道超声下通过外周静脉注入声诺维造影剂观察子宫内膜血流灌注情况。结果 不孕症雌二醇、孕酮减低与超声造影子宫内膜血流灌注之间具有相关性,雌二醇、孕酮减低与达峰时间呈负相关,与峰值强度呈正相关。结论 超声造影明显优于经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVCDS）评价子宫内膜血流动力学变化,可为临床提供更好的诊断线索和帮助。Objective To explore the correlation of reduced estradiol and progesterone of infertility and endometrial blood perfusion in contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods 30 infertility patients with reduced estradiol and progesterone were selected during the 20th - 23rd day of menstrual cycle to draw blood for tests of six items of internal secretion, and endometrial blood perfusion was observed by means of peripheral vein injection of SonoVue contrast agent through transvaginal ultrasonography during the middle luteal phase（in the 20th ~ 23rd day of menstrual cycle）. Results There was correlation between reduced estradiol and progesterone of infertility and endometrial blood perfusion, and the reduced estradiol and progesterone was negatively correlated to time to peak, while positively correlated to peak intensity. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is obviously superior to TVCDS in the evaluation of endometrial hemodynamics changes, which can provide better diagnosis clues and help for clinical application.
