摘  要:以Fe3O4为磁核,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备了磁性交联壳聚糖微球(MCB),采用FT-IR和VSM对MCB进行表征,结果表明,Fe3O4被壳聚糖包埋,制备的MCB的饱和磁化强度为12.8emu/g。其交联度、溶胀度和含水量分别为85.2%、6.94%和80.1%。同时研究了MCB对Cu2+的吸附性能,研究表明:MCB对Cu2+的吸附的最佳pH值为5,MCB对Cu2+的吸附符合Langmuir方程,为单分子层吸附,最大吸附容量为64.6mg/g;动力学研究表明,MCB对Cu2+的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。MCB再生-重复使用8次,其吸附容量没有明显的降低。The magnetic crosslinked chitosan beads(MCB)were prepared by chitosan,using Fe3O4 as magnetic core and glutaraldehyde as crosslinker.MCB were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscope and vibrating sample magnetometer.The result showed that the Fe3O4 were embedded by chitosan and saturation magnetization was12.8emu·g-1.And the crosslinked degree,the swelling degree and the moisture content of MCB was 85.2%,6.94% and80.1%,respectively.The adsorption isotherm study showed that Langmuir isotherm equation was best fitted for the monolayer adsorption processes and the maximum capacity of Cu2+ion were 64.6mg·g-1.The kinetic study showed that the adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic equations.Furthermore,MCB can be regenerated and reused for 8times without a significantly decreasing in adsorption capacity.
