摘 要:以中性红(NR)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,TiO2为载体,采用表面聚合的方法制备了分子印迹型TiO2光催化剂(MIP-TiO2)。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱和热重等对MIP-TiO2的结构与性能进行了表征,并考察其对NR等底物的光催化选择性能。结果表明:与非印迹型光催化剂(NIP-TiO2)相比,当降解含有NR的底物时,MIP-TiO2具有明显的选择催化效应,其对NR的降解率为NIP-TiO2的2.8倍;而在降解其他底物时,2者的光催化活性相似。且MIP-TiO2具有较好的稳定性,重复使用5次后,其对NR的降解率变化不大,变化幅度在7.4%以内。Molecule imprinted TiO2photocatalysts(MIP-TiO2)were prepared by surface polymerization method with neutral red as template molecule,methacrylic acid as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker and TiO2 as carrier.The structures and properties of MIP-TiO2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetry and infrared spectroscopy.Photocatalyzed degradation of neutral red and/or other substrates by using MIP-TiO2 catalyst was studied.The results revealed that over the MIP-TiO2,the degradation rate of neutral red was markedly higher than that of NIP-TiO2,and the MIP-TiO2 exhibited selective catalytic activity for the photocatalyzed degradation of target-substrate molecules.When degrading non-target-substrate molecules,the MIP-TiO2 exhibited a similar activity with the non-imprinted catalyst.The MIP-TiO2 had high stability,and after the catalyst was used 5times,the rangeability of degradation rate of neutral red within 7.4%.
