摘 要:以多孔材料SiO2气凝胶微球为基体,吸附熔融态石蜡制备成石蜡/SiO2复合相变材料并制成复合相变涂料;将SiO2气凝胶微球制成隔热涂料,将复合相变涂料和隔热涂料交替涂覆制成涂料板,通过DSC热性能分析、Hot Disk热物性分析、隔热温控实验等手段对涂料板进行表征。结果表明:石蜡的质量分数为44.4%时,复合相变材料具有良好的定形效果;可选择不同涂覆方式达到不同的使用目的,先涂隔热涂料后涂相变涂料的涂覆方式盒子内外温差较大,能较好隔热,先涂相变涂料再涂隔热涂料的涂覆方式保温时间长,能较好保温,说明复合相变材料能通过相变材料发生相变吸收、释放热量,调控温度,具有维持温度平衡的功能。The porous structure of SiO2 aerogel microspheres was used as the matrix,phase change material molten paraffin was adsorbed by the porous structure and the paraffin/SiO2 composite phase change materials were obtained.The composite was made into composite phase change coating.SiO2 aerogel microspheres were made into heat insulation coatings,composite phase change coating and heat insulation coatings were coated by turns,the coating plate were obtained.Coating plates were characterized by thermal conductivity constant test,the composite phase change temperature detection experiments,the simulation experiment of heat insulation and temperature control and so on.The results showed that:amorphous composite phase change material had good effect when the mass fraction of the paraffin was 44.4%.The heat insulation effect was different for the phase change coatings and insulating coatings were mixed in different method.The heat insulation effect was better and the temperature in and out of the box was largely different when first coated insulating coatings.The time of heat preservation was longer when first coated composite phase change coatings,indicatedthated the composite can absorb and release the heat,controlled the temperature,and maintained temperature balance.
