摘  要:以端侧氢硅油与丙烯酸甘油酯为原料,通过硅氢加成反应,得到的环氧硅油中间体,再与叔氨基化合物进行开环反应,合成了氨基封端聚硅氧烷。探讨了不同反应条件对改性硅油性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:以低含氢硅油与丙烯酸甘油酯为原料,铂催化剂用量为单体质量的0.02%,反应温度为120℃下反应4h,生成的环氧硅油(中间体Ⅰ)在丙二醇溶液中与三甲胺盐酸盐,85~90℃氨化反应2h,得到改性氨基硅油。制备的硅油乳液具有亲水性,应用于织物的结果表明:整理后的织物具有低黄变性和良好的柔软度。A new polysiloxane with amino terminated was synthesized by ring-openning reaction of the tertiary amine compound and the epoxy silicone intermediate which was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction of the side hydrogen silicone oil and acrylic ester.The influence of different reaction conditions on the performance of the modified silicone oil was investigated,and the optimal parameters were obtained.The epoxy silicone(intermediateⅠ)was prepared at temperature of 120℃for 4h,with low hydrogen silicone and acrylic ester as raw materials,in the presence of 0.02% platinum catalyst.The modified amino silicone oil was obtained with intermediateⅠ and trimethylamine hydrochloride in the propylene glycol solution by amination at 85~90℃for 2h.The results of the hydrophilic modified amino silicone oil emulsion applied in the fabric showed that the fabric owned low yellowing and good softness after finishing.
