摘 要:为确定废弃热固性碳纤维复合材料(CF/EP复合材料)热解反应的实验条件,在自制的管式热解反应器中进行CF/EP复合材料热解试验,考察了热解过程及主要影响因素。结果表明:热解终温、升温速率和保温时间等实验条件对废弃热固性碳纤维复合材料热解产率影响较大,通过均匀设计及回归分析法确定了最佳热解操作条件:热解终温515℃,保温时间10min和升温速率18℃/min。在该条件下进行验证性实验,并将回收的碳纤维表面性能与原纤维进行比较,表明均匀设计优化所得结果准确可靠。In order to determine experimental conditions of pyrolysis reaction of the thermosetting carbon fiber composite scrap(CF/EP composites),main influencing factors on CF/EP composites pyrolysis were studied in the self-made tubular pyrolysis reactor.The results showed that final pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,holding time and other experimental conditions affected the pyrolysis yield of composite material.The best pyrolysis operating conditions were obtained by uniform design and regression analysis method,which were final pyrolysis temperature of 515℃,holding time of 10 min and heating rate of 18℃/min.The confirmatory experiments were made under this condition and the recycling carbon fiber surface performance was compared with the original fiber,which showed that result of uniform design to optimize pyrolysis process was accurate and reliable.
