摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了Ca0.7Sr0.18MoO4∶0.08Eu3+、Ca0.7Sr0.18-3x/2MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,xGd3+、Ca0.7Sr0.1MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,0.01Gd3+,0.11Na+红色荧光粉,用XRD表征其物相,用荧光激发及发射光谱表征其发光性能,并进行研究。结果表明,采用该方法可得到CaMoO4物相结构。掺杂Gd3+的荧光粉发光强度得到增强,在395nm激发下,Ca0.7Sr0.18-3x/2MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,xGd3+荧光粉发红光,在616nm附近的相对发光强度最大。另外,在加入Na+作为电荷补偿剂后,发光性能有所提高。Ca0.7Sr0.18 MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,Ca0.7Sr0.18-3x/2 MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,xGd3+,Ca0.7Sr0.1 MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,0.01Gd3+,0.11Na+red phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid-phase method.The phosphor samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),the luminescent properties were characterized by excitation spectra and emission spectra.The results indicated that the red phosphor phase structure of CaMoO4 was obtained by this method.The luminous properties of phosphors was improved after Gd3+doping.Upon excitation with 395 nm,all the Ca0.7Sr0.18-3x/2 MoO4∶0.08Eu3+,xGd3+phosphors showed bright red,and the highest relative luminous intensity at 616 nm was found.In addition,after Na+doping as charge compensation agent,the luminous property of phosphors was improved.
