摘 要:以低分子量聚酰胺为固化剂,对E-44型环氧树脂/碳化硅复合材料的力学性能及耐热性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,当低分子量聚酰胺中的活泼氢与环氧树脂中的环氧基团的摩尔比为0.7,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯用量为环氧树脂质量的20%,碳化硅用量为环氧树脂与低分子量聚酰胺总质量的50%时,其力学性能最佳,所得复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度以及冲击强度分别为13.7MPa、49.1kN/m和1.2kJ/m2,并对该复合材料的连续相固化物进行了红外、耐热性能以及动态力学性能的表征。对铺设环氧树脂/碳化硅复合材料彩色路面提供了基础理论依据。By using the low molecule polyamide as curing agent,the mechanical properties and thermal properties of E-44 resin system were studied.Experimental results showed that it's mechanical properties was optimum when the active hydrogen of polyamide in the molar ratio of epoxy groups was 0.7,the mass of dioctyl phthalate content was 20% of expoxy resin and the mass of emery content was 50% of low molecular weight polyamide and expoxy resin.It's tensile strength,tear strength,impact strength were 13.7MPa,49.1kN/m,1.2kJ/m2,respectively.And its cured continuous phase was characterized by infrared,heat resistance and dynamic mechanical properties.The research provided a theoretical basis for laying epoxy/SiC composites colored pavement.
