摘 要:采用大田试验方法,以地下水滴灌为对照,分析研究了不同再生水水质滴灌下对蔬菜根际土壤微生物的影响。结果表明:再生水滴灌蔬菜对土壤微生物数量影响明显。再生水浓度高时,会刺激土壤中真菌、氨化细菌、反硝化细菌的繁殖。随着再生水浓度的不断减小,细菌、放线菌、纤维素分解菌、硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌、固氮菌的数量均呈现先增加后减少的变化规律。当再生水浓度适当时,再生水中的营养成分可以被微生物利用,刺激其生长繁殖。综合考虑各种微生物对蔬菜的不同影响,再生水灌溉浓度控制在50%为最佳。Through field experiment method and taking irrigation with tap water as contrast treatment, the influence of drip irrigation with different water quantity on soil microorganism of greens rhizosphere is studied in this paper; The results indicate that the influence of irrigating greens with reclaimed water on soil microbial quantity is obvious. If the reclaimed water concentration is too high, it will stimulate fungus, ammonifying and denitrobacteria to propagate. Along with the decrease in the reclaimed water concentra- tion, the quantities of bacteria, actionomycetes, cellulose-decomposing bacteria, nitrobacteria, nitrosobacteria and azotobacteria presents the trend of increasing first and decreasing then. When the sew age concentration is suitable, the nutrient components in reclaimed water can be used by microbial. Considering the different influences of various microbes on crops, it is best to control the irrigation concentration of reclaimed water with the optimum ratio of 50%.
