摘　　要：建设项目水资源论证后评估旨在进一步检验建设项目实际的取、用、耗、排水情况和水资源节约、保护措施的有效性,以及水资源论证和取水许可制度在具体建设项目的落实情况。对后评估的技术路线、主要内容、评估的重点和需要注意的问题进行了探讨。结合案例分析,指出水资源论证后评估与建设项目水资源论证的区别和联系,可供建设项目水资源论证后评估报告书的编写与审查参考。Water resources post-assessment of construction projects is aimed at further evaluating the practical intake, using, consumption and drainage of water, effectiveness of water resources saving, protective measures of construction projects. The post-as-sessment also evaluates the implementation of water resources and the water intake permission system of specific construction projects. The paper studies technical route, main contents, key points and problems of post-assessment. Combined with examples, this paper points out the distinctions and relationships between posvassessment and assessment of water resources in construction projects, which could be provided as a reference in report writing and examination of water resources post-assessment of construction projects.
