摘 要:为提高透水性沥青路面的水稳性,对6种不同聚酯纤维掺量的透水性沥青混合料实施冻融劈裂试验,研究了聚酯纤维掺量对其水稳性的影响.研究表明,随着聚酯纤维掺量的增大,透水性沥青混合料冻融前后劈裂抗拉强度和冻融劈裂抗拉强度比均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,聚酯纤维存在最佳掺量,为0.4%,对应的冻融前后劈裂抗拉强度、冻融劈裂抗拉强度比分别达到最大值1.06 MPa、1.00 MPa、94.3%.与不掺纤维的冻融劈裂抗拉强度比56.3%相比,聚酯纤维掺量为0.3%、0.35%、0.4%、0.45%、0.5%时,混合料冻融劈裂抗拉强度比分别提高了54.4%、58.8%、67.5%、26.3%、20.6%.说明掺加聚酯纤维能够明显提高透水性沥青混合料的水稳性.To improve the water stability of permeable asphalt pavement, freeze-thaw splitting test was conducted for permeable asphalt mixtures with 6 kinds of polyester fiber contents, and the influence of polyester fiber content on water stability was then investigated. The results show that with the increase of polyester fiber content, splitting tensile strength of permeable asphalt mixture before and after freeze-thaw all showed a trend of first increase then decrease. So there is a optimum content of polyester fiber, 0.4%. The corresponding splitting tensile strength of permeable asphalt mixture before and after freeze-thaw are 1.06 MPa and 1.00 MPa respectively. And its freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio is 94.3%. The freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio of permeable asphalt mixture with polyester fiber content of 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.4%, 0.45% and 0.5% are about 54.4%, 58.8%, 67.5%, 26.3% and 20.6% bigger than that without polyester fiber, which is 56.3%. All this indicates that adding polyester fiber can obviously improve the water stability of permeable asphalt mixture.
