摘 要:适宜掺量的耦联剂能够改善水泥乳化沥青混合料胶凝材料-集料的界面结构,提高混合料性能.采用最大公称粒径为19.0mm的集料,通过正交试验方法,分析耦联剂用量、沥青用量及水泥掺量(重点分析耦联剂用量)对马歇尔试件早期、后期马歇尔力学指标以及旋转压实成型试件(常温7d养生)的单轴抗压强度的影响情况.对比马歇尔试验和单轴抗压试验结果,并考虑混合料性能要求和经济性,推荐原材料适宜掺量为:耦联剂水溶液(m(耦联剂):m(水)=1:3)4%,乳化沥青7%~8%,水泥2%~3%.对比旋转压实1次成型旋转压实试件和2次击实成型马歇尔试件的空隙率,结果表明,2次击实方法得到的试件空隙率小,更加密实.Appropriate content of coupling agent can improve the binders-aggregate interface structure of the cement-emulsified asphalt mixture, and increase the mixture's properties. In this paper, Using the aggregate with NMAS=19.0 mm, and using the orthogonal experiment method, the influence of the coupling agent dosages, the asphalt and cement dosages (analyzing the coupling agent dosages mainly) on the early and late mechanics index of marshall specimens and the uniaxial compressive strength of rotating compaction molding specimens (room temperature curing for 7 days) are ana- lyzed. Comparing the results of uniaxial compressive strength test with marshall test, and taking the mixture performances and conomics into consideration, so appropriate dosages of materials are recommended, the coupling agent content 4% (coupling agent : water= 1: 3), emulsified asphalt 7%~ 8%, cement 2% ~3%. Comparing the air voids between the one time rotating compaction molding specimens and the two times compaction molding marshall specimens, the results show that the the air voids of the specimens by two times compaction molding mothod are smaller and more dense than which by one time rotating compaction molding specimens.
