摘 要:以癸二酸、癸二胺、十二烷二酸和十二烷二胺为原料,分别合成了尼龙1010(PA1010)盐和尼龙1212(PA1212)盐,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法和差示扫描量热(DSC)法对PA1010盐和PA1212盐的结构和性能进行了表征;以己内酰胺(CPL)、尼龙66(PA66)盐及合成的PA1010盐和PA1212盐为原料,采用四元共聚法合成了PA-HMA(PA热熔胶);通过混料设计法对四元共聚反应物料配比进行试验设计,采用Minitab软件对试验结果进行数据处理。研究结果表明:物料配比对PA-HMA的熔点影响较大,四元共聚可合成低熔点的PA-HMA;熔点与4种原料分量比率之间的回归方程可靠,具有良好的预测功能。With sebacic acid, sebacic amine, dodecane diacid and dodecane diamine as raw materials, the nylon 1010 (PA1010) salt and nylon 1212 (PA1212) salt were respectively synthesized, and their structures and properties were Characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods. With caprolactam (CPL), nylon 66 (PA66) salt and synthesized PAl010 salt and PA1212 salt as raw materials, a PA-HMA (PA hot-melt adhesive) was synthesized by quaternary eopolymerization. The experiment design for reaction materials ratios of quaternary copolymerization was implemented by mixture design, and the data treating of experiment resuhs was also implemented by Minitab software. The research results showed that the influence of materials ratios on melting point of PA- HMA was larger, the quaternary copolymerization could synthesize PA- HMA with low melting point. The regression equation, which between melting point and four raw materials component ratios was reliable, had the good prediction function.
