摘  要:为克服α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶粘剂(简称α-胶)在低温低湿的酸性材质表面固化速率较慢的缺点,在配方中分别引入了不同类型的促进剂制备α-胶,并考察了促进剂(如18-冠-6等)对α-胶的固化速率、储存稳定性和粘接强度等影响。研究结果表明:当w(18-冠-6)=0.10%(相对于α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯质量而言)时,其能有效提高α-胶的固化速率,并且不影响胶液的储存稳定性,但含18-冠-6体系的粘接强度(如常温粘接强度、耐湿热老化性能和高温粘接强度等)略低于无促进剂体系。In order to overcome the weaknesses of slower curing speed of a-cyanoacrylate adhesive (a-adhesive) on acidic material surface at low temperature and low humidity, the a-adhesives were prepared by introducing respectively different accelerants into formula, and the influences of accelerant (such as 18-crown-6) on curing speed, storage stability and bonding strength of α-adhesive were investigated. The research results showed that the 18-crown-6 could effectively improve the curing speed of a-adhesive, and does not affect the storage stability of adhesive solution, but the bonding strengths (such as bonding strength at room temperature, wet-hot aging resistance, and bonding strength at high temperature) with 18-crown-6 system were slightly lower than those without accelerant system when mass fraction of 18-crown-6 was 0.10% in ethyl a-cyanoacrylate.
