摘 要:XG800CF和B780CF是两种新型国产800 MPa超细晶粒高强钢,逐步替代进口的水电机组蜗壳材料,并首次应用于大型水电站的压力钢管焊接工程。为了研究其焊接性和焊接工艺,针对两种焊接接头的焊接性、力学性能、力学不均匀性和微观组织进行试验和分析。结果表明,在制定的焊接工艺条件下,XG800CF和B780CF钢焊接接头的拉伸强度、弯曲性能和硬度值均满足标准GB 50766-2012要求。XG800CF钢焊接接头的强度高于B780CF,同时从微观组织上客观分析了焊接接头的力学不均匀性。两种高强钢在水电站大型压力钢管工程中值得推广。XG8OOCF and B780CF are two new types of domestic 800MPa ultra fine grained high strength steel which could replace the imported volute material. Tile material could be used firstly for pressure pipes in the hydropower unit. In this paper,the weldability is analyzed,the mechanical properties of the joints are carried out,the hardness distribution of the joints is tested. Meanwhile, tile microstructure is ohserved. The results show that tile properties of the joints of the XG8OOCF and B780CF steel could satisfied the demand of the GB 50766-2012 standard. The strength of joint of XG800CF steel is higher than that of the B780CF. At the same time,it objectively analyze mechanical heterogeneity of joints by microstrueture observation. The research could promote the application of two kinds of high strength steel in the large pressure pipe engineering in hydropower station.
