超细变形丝双面乔赛针织面料开发及性能研究

摘  要:采用8.3 tex吸湿排汗网络丝,分别在24针/25.4 mm和28针/25.4 mm的双面圆纬机上编织大网眼布和小网眼布。详细阐述两种针织物的原料选择、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列等编织工艺。同时对该产品的保暖性和吸湿速干性进行测试,包括吸水率、滴水扩散时间、水分蒸发速率和蒸发时间、芯吸高度、透湿量等。结果表明,该超细变形丝双面乔赛针织产品具有优良的散热性和较好的吸湿速干性,是制作T恤衫、休闲装、运动装的理想面料。The paper develops two kinds of new double Jersey knitted fabrics (large and small mesh fabrics) on 24 G and 28 G double circular knitting machines by using 8.3 rex moisture absorption and sweat transferring interlaced yam. It introduces in detail the knitting technology, including raw materials, equipment parameters, needle arrangement and cam arrangement and so on. In addition, the heat retention properties and moisture absorption and quick drying properties of the products are tested and compared, including water absorption rate, water diffusion time, water evaporation rate and time, wicking height and amount of water vapor transmission and so on. The results show that double Jersey knitted fabrics present excellent heat dispersion properties and moisture absorption and quick drying properties, which are ideal fabrics for making T-shirt, leisure-wear and sportswear.
