网络环境下羊绒衫新产品协同研发系统的研制

摘　　要：针对羊绒衫新产品研发周期长、工艺设计效率低、信息化水平低、研发成本高等问题,本文以羊绒衫协同开发为工程背景,在分析协同设计理论和网络化协同工作系统的基础上,结合羊绒衫新产品研发的工艺流程,研究基于网络环境下的羊绒衫新产品协同开发系统。指出该系统包括协同设计、协同资源和协同管理3个模块,详细阐述各模块的功能实现方法。通过网络环境平台,羊绒衫新产品研发成员可以及时解决在研发过程中的各种问题,可以共享新产品设计的所有资料,通过分布式数据库的资源为产品的异地协同研发提供了有效平台。In terms of the problems of the longer cycle and higher cost of R＆D, lower efficiency of product design and lower level of information of cashmere sweater, the paper develops the remote collaborative system for new product of cashmere sweater by integrating the production progress of sweater and analyzing the theory of col- laborative design and network collaborative system. It points out that the system includes three modules, such as collaborative design, collaborative resource and collaborative management, and also expounds in detail the implenmenting method of each modulus function. The results show that the R＆D members can solve various problems during research and development of cashmere sweater in time and share all files of new products on the basis of internet; and the resources of distributed database can provide effective platform for collaborative research ＆ development of product between different areas.
