摘 要:介绍了异形中空涤纶纤维针织布两种摇粒绒加工工艺流程,并探讨了不同摇粒绒加工工艺对异形中空涤纶纤维针织布厚度的影响,同时对比了异形中空涤纶纤维针织布与常规涤纶纤维针织布在常规摇粒绒加工后织物的厚度。从染色、加起毛剂、刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒、成品定形这几个方面阐述了异形中空涤纶纤维摇粒绒染整加工注意事项。结果表明,异形中空涤纶纤维摇粒绒比常规涤纶纤维摇粒绒更保暖、更蓬松;预定形能显著提高异形中空涤纶纤维摇粒绒的蓬松性和轻柔性能;异形中空涤纶纤维摇粒绒在染整加工过程中应合理控制相应的工艺及参数。The two kinds of polar fleece technological processes of profiled hollow polyester fiber knitted fabric were introduced, and the effects of different polar fleece processing technologies on the thickness of profiled hollow polyester fiber knitted fabric were discussed, at the same time, the thickness of profiled hollow polyester fiber knitted fabric and common polyester fiber knitted fabric after the common polar fleece processing was compared. The precautions of profiled hollow polyester fiber polar fleece dyeing and finishing were expounded from the respects of dyeing, adding anti-pilling agent application, brushing, carding, shearing, polar fleece, finished product setting. The results show that profiled hollow polyester fiber polar fleece is more warm and more fluffy than common polyester fiber polar fleece; presetting can significantly improve the soft and fluffy properties of profiled hollow polyester fiber polar fleece; but it should reasonably control corresponding processes and parameters.
