摘  要:采用称量法研制了氦中氮气、二氧化碳和一氧化碳气体标准物质,并用气相色谱法对其进行了均匀性考察和稳定性评价,结果表明该气体标准物质均匀性、稳定性良好,定值准确,量值可靠。浓度范围为:氮气1%~20%、二氧化碳1%~20%、一氧化碳1%~20%,扩展不确定度1.5%(k=2),有效期为1 a,使用压力下限为0.5 MPa。The gas reference material of nitric , carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in helium was prepared by weighing method, and gas chromatography was used to investigate its uniformity and stability .The results showed that the gas refer-ence material had good uniformity and stability .And the value was accurate and reliable.The concentration range was 1%~20%, the relative expanded uncertainty was 1.5%(k=2), the validity period was one year and the using pressure low-er limit was 0.5MPa.
