浅谈循证医学在构建该院抗菌药物临床合理应用管理体系中的应用

摘　　要：目的利用循证医学构建该院抗菌药物临床合理应用管理体系。方法利用循证医学理论和方法,建立该院抗菌药物的使用记录、不良反应记录及相关管理制度;通过数据分析发现关键所在,有针对性地加以解决。结果利用循证医学指导该院抗菌药物合理使用以来,抗菌药物使用的合理性有了显著提高。结论应用循证医学研究方法可以促使抗菌药物的管理走向数字化、程序化、制度化.提高管理效率.进一步构建完善我院抗菌药物临床合理应用管理体系。Objective The use of evidence-based medicine to construct clinical reasonable application ofantibiotics in our hospital management system.Methods Using evidence-based medicine to establish thetheory and method,application of antibiotics in our hospital records,records of adverse reactions and the related management system;through the analysis of the data found that the key to solve them.Results Since the reasonable use of evidence-based medicine to guide antimicrobial drugs in our hospital,the rationality of antimicrobial usage has been significantly improved.Conclusion The application of evidence-based medical research method can make the management of antimicrobial agents to digital,program and system,improve management efficiency,further perfect the construction of clinical reasonable application of antibiotics in our hospital management system.
