集中护理管理模式对骨折手术患者心理应激的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析集中护理管理模式对于骨折手术患者心理应激的影响。方法收集2012年6月—2013年12月来该院实施骨折手术患者的临床资料,基于该次研究的需求,选取90例患者为该次研究对象,随机将其划分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45),其中对照组患者采取常规护理管理模式实施护理,研究组患者采取集中护理管理模式实施护理管理,观察两组患者后护理前后抑郁评分情况以及焦虑评分情况,比较患者护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者抑郁评分以及焦虑评分情况对比差异无统计学意义,即P>0.05;护理后,研究组患者抑郁评分和焦虑评分情况明显优于对照组,组间所存差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05;研究组患者护理满意度为93.3%,对照组患者护理满意度为77.8%,二者所存差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论通过该次研究结果的分析可知,对于骨折手术患者采取集中护理管理模式,能够有效改善患者抑郁情况和焦虑情况,提高患者护理满意度,进一步提高疗效,促进患者的康复,值得在临床中应用以及推广。Objective To study and analyze the concentration of nursing management model for the influence of psychological stress fracture surgery patients.Methods Collected on June 6,2012-December 2013 to our hospital fracture surgery in patients with clinical data,based on the needs of the present study selected 90 cases as the study object,and random can be divided into the control group（n=45） and group（n=45）,the control group patients take routine nursing management mode,focus group patients nursing management mode of nursing management,nursing before and after the depression score after observing two groups of patients and anxiety score,more patient care satisfaction.Results Nursing score two groups of patients with depression and anxiety before grading contrast,there was no significant difference is not statistically significant,P〈0.05,After nursing,the team in patients with depression scores and anxiety score was better than control group,significant difference between groups have saved,statistically significant,P〈0.05;Team patient care satisfaction was 93.3%,control group patients nursing satisfaction was 77.8%,the difference is obvious,statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Through the anallysis of the results of this study shows that for fracture surgery patients taking focused nursing management mode,can effectively improve patients with depression and anxiety,improve patient care satisfaction,further improve the curative effect,promote the patient＇s rehabilitation,is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
