摘　　要：目的提高药品调剂工作质量,降低门诊药房调配差错率。方法分析门诊药品调剂差错的类型与原因,并采取相应的防范措施。结果与结论通过加强药品管理,提高药师专业水平及营建良好的工作环境等有效措施,可以明显降低药品调剂差错,保障病患的用药安全。Objective To improve the quality of drug dispensing.,and lower the incidence of dispensing error in the outpatient pharmacy.Methods Based on the analysis of the type and cause of outpatient drug dispensing error,to take the corresponding preventive measures.Results Conclusion Drug dispensing errors can be cut down obviously,and the patients safety can be ensured,with the effective measures,such as enhancing the drugs managemen,improving the pharmacists professional level,building the good working environment and so on.
