摘 要:在城市建筑密集区内,深基坑开挖变形控制及对周边建筑的影响保护是城市地下空间开发过程中出现的典型技术难题。文章以南京江东路某段基坑工程为研究对象,基于MIDAS/GTS软件,采用三维数值模拟,建立考虑土体与结构相互作用的三维整体计算模型,并将计算值与监测值对比。结果表明,计算模型能够较好地预测基坑支撑轴力、围护桩变形及对周边建筑沉降的影响,支撑轴力和围护结构的侧向变形与周边建筑物沉降有较强的关联性。同时也论证了基坑设计和开挖方案的合理性及深基坑施工变形控制措施的有效性,为以后相关工程的设计与施工提供依据。Deformation control of deep foundation pit excavation and the protection for surrounding buildings are typical technical problems in urban dense buildings area during the development of urban underground space. Taking the foundation pit engineering of Jiangdong Road, Nanjing City as the research object, and based on the software MIDAS/GTS, a whole three-dimensional model considering the soil-structure interaction is established by using three-dimensional numerical simulation, and the calculation results are compared with monitoring data, The results show that the calculation model can effectively predict the deformation of retaining pile and supporting axial force of foundation pit as well as the settlement influence on surrounding buildings. A strong relevance between the settlement of surrounding buildings and the supporting axial force and lateral deformation of building envelope is proved. Furthermore, the rationality of foundation pit design and excavation scheme and the effectiveness of deformation control measures of deep foundation pit excavation are demonstrated, which may provide a basis for the design and construction of related engineering in the future.
