摘  要:文章以云烟87为材料,研究了β-氨基丁酸(BABA)对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的抑制效果和诱抗机理。结果表明,BABA处理提高了烟草对TMV的抑制率,降低了田间烟草花叶病毒病的发病率和病情指数,BABA与宁南霉素混合使用防治效果更好。BABA诱导水杨酸(SA)的增加和H2O2的积累,诱导PR1、PR3基因表达,同时检测到PR1蛋白的少量积累,说明BABA通过诱导烟草体内SA、H2O2的提高及PR蛋白的产生,有效抑制TMV的侵染,提高烟草抗烟草花叶病毒病的能力。The effect of β-aminobutyric acid(BABA) on tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) and the mechanism of resistance induced by BABA were studied with Yunyan 87 as the materials. The results showed that BABA treatment increased the inhibition rate of tobacco against TMV infection, reduced TMV disease morbidity and disease index in the field, and the control effect of BABA and ningnanmycin mixture treatment was best. BABA increased SA content and induced the accumulation of H2O2, induced PR1 and PR3 genes expression and minor accumulation of PR1 protein in tobacco. These results showed that BABA could effectively inhibit TMV infection and enhance tobacco resistance to TMV disease by improving SA and H2O2 content and inducing PR proteins produce.
