摘  要:基于三原色混色机理将不同的红、黄、蓝颜料混合,配制出不同的灰色颜料,并与纯丙乳液混合制成太阳热反射涂料。利用色差仪和紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计测试涂层的色空间值L*、a*、b*与太阳热反射率,考察了颜料组分、用量以及添加第二相粒子对涂层太阳热反射性能的影响。结果表明,类似色度下,着色力高的氧化铁红、钛铬棕的用量比着色力低的锆铁红、镨黄少;铁铬黑、钴黑这2种无机黑降低涂层明度的同时会严重减弱反射率。为获得反射率较高、明度较低的涂层,使用的颜料需折射率和反射率均较高且明度较低。Various grey pigments were made by mixing different red, yellow and blue pigments based on the trichromatic theory of color vision, then blended with pure acrylic emulsion to get solar heat reflective coatings. The color space value L*, a*, b* and solar heat reflectance of the coatings were studied by colorimeter and UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer. The effects of composition and dosage of pigment and second phase particles added on the solar heat reflectance of coating were studied. The results showed that the dosage of iron oxide red and chrome titanium brown which have high tinting strength is less than that of zirconium iron pink and praseodymium yellow which have low tinting strength if similar shade of color is to be obtained. Two inorganic black pigments, i.e. chrome iron nickel black and cobalt black, can reduce the coating's brightness and severely weaken its reflectivity at the same time. In order to get a coating with high reflectivity and low brightness, the pigments used should have high refractivity and reflectivity but low brightness.
