摘 要:提高沥青胶结料的高温粘度是增强路面沥青混合料抗车辙性能的重要措施,而在实际工程应用中沥青胶结料的选择应综合考虑其高低温性能。文章对所研发的天然岩沥青一SBS复合改性沥青进行了高低温性能评价,针对该复合改性沥青进行AC-16和SMA-13配合比设计,并应用到高速公路车辙维修工程。结果表明:该复合改性沥青性能分级为PG82-22,混合料TSR大于80%,低温破坏应变大于3000με,现场芯样浸水汉堡轮辙试验深度小于6mm,该复合改性沥青混合料在满足低温性能的同时提高了抗高温车辙性能。It's an important method of improving rutting resistance performance of asphalt concrete to enhance viscosity of asphalt at high temperature. However,the performance of asphalt at both high and low temperature must be considered in the field. The performance of the compound modified asphalt is evaluated by laboratory testing based on PG method of SHRP. The result shows that the PG grade of the compound modified asphalt is PG82-22 . The production equipment used in the field is also developed,which applied Gilsonite-SBS asphalt in rutting maintenance project of G25 highway. The mixture gradation is specifically designed for the asphalt concrete of AC16 and SMA13 using Gilsonite-SBS asphalt. The hamburger wheel tracking test result of the cores cored form the field implies that the rutting depth is less than 6 mm after 20000 passes of wheel load at 50℃. All of the performance test results revealed that the rutting resistance is highly enhanced without reduction of performance at low temperature,which would be a reference in highway rutting maintenance project.
