沥青胶结料疲劳性能评价的研究进展

摘　　要：沥青胶结料的疲劳特性对沥青混合料的疲劳寿命起着重要作用,沥青混合料的疲劳特性直接影响路面耐久性和长期使用性能,评价沥青胶结料的疲劳寿命是研究路面疲劳破坏的基础问题.文章概述了沥青疲劳评价方法的进展,对比了疲劳寿命Nf50、能量比ER、累计耗散能变化率DER、疲劳因子G＊· sinδ、耗散能变化率DR、简化能量耗散变化率RDR等指标对沥青胶结料疲劳性能评价的可靠性,阐述了其优缺点;结合实际路面荷载作用与破坏模式对沥青胶结料的疲劳问题进行综合分析,阐明了基于动态剪切流变仪（ DSR）的时间扫描试验方法、加载方式以及沥青触变性、自愈性等因素对沥青胶结料疲劳性能的影响,阐述了6种沥青胶结料疲劳性能评价指标在实际中的应用情况,展望了沥青胶结料疲劳研究的方向。Fatigue property of asphalt binder plays an important role in the fatigue life of asphalt mixture ,and the fatigue property of asphalt mixture affects the durability and long-term performance of pavement directly,thus,it is the basis of the study of pavement fatigue damage problem that evaluates the fatigue life of asphalt effectively. The article expounds the progress of asphalt binder fatigue evaluation method,compares the reliability of Fatigue Life（ Nf50 ）,Energy Ratio（ ER）,Cumulative Dissipated Energy Ratio（ DER ）,G＊· sinδ,Dissipated Energy Ratio（ DR ）,Reduced Dissipated Energy Ratio（ RDR）for evaluating asphalt binder fatigue characteristics,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. It analyzes the fatigue problem of asphalt binder comprehensively,considering the actual load and failure form of the pavement,mainly discusses the effect of DSR time-sweeping test method,load mode,thixotropy and self-healing of asphalt binder on fatigue performance,states the practical application situation of 6 kinds evaluation indexes,and also discusses the fatigue research direction of asphalt binder.
