急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法随机选择该院收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者60例,按照内镜治疗时间分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组患者给予急诊内镜检查和止血治疗,对照组患者择期进行内镜检查和止血治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者经内镜检查,均发现出血性病变,均为消化性溃疡检出例数最多。观察组患者总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,观察组显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者接受急诊内镜治疗,可有效查明消化道出血病因,及时止血,可提高患者止血效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of emergency endoscopy for treatment of Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 60 patients with Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） according to the endoscopic treatment time.Observation group patients were given emergency endoscopy and hemostatic treatment,while control group patients underwent elective for endoscopy and hemostatic treatment.Therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared.Results Two groups of patients after endoscopic examination,all found hemorrhagic lesions,for most cases of peptic ulcer detection.Observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 96.7%,control group total effective rate was 73.3%,difference between observation group is significantly higher than the control（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emergency endoscopy in treatment of Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve hemostatic effect by effectively finding out the cause and achive hemostasia in time.
