持续静滴氨茶碱联合异丙托溴铵治疗COPD急性加重期的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病COPD急性加重期患者应用持续静滴氨茶碱联合异丙托溴铵治疗的临床效果和特点,以提高其治疗水平。方法从该院2012年4月—2014年6月接收并治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中随机性抽取80例进行回顾性分析和探究,并根据入院就诊顺序随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用持续静滴氨茶碱进行治疗,研究组静滴氨茶碱搭配异丙托溴铵治疗。观察FEV1%、FEV1/FVC和PaO_2值等指标。结果研究组患者治疗后FEV1%预计值为(65.3±18.3)、FEV1/FVC值为(59.8±19.5)对照组患者治疗后FEV1%预计值为(55.6±15.4)、FEV1/FVC值为(56.5±18.7),两组经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时PaO_2值明显上升,PaO_2明显下降。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病COPD急性加重期患者采用无创呼吸机治疗的基础上,持续静滴氨茶碱联合异丙托溴铵治疗,不仅可以降氨茶碱低不良反应的发生率,还可以提高治疗效果,值得在临床治疗中广泛运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous infusion of aminophylline combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD so as to improve the treatment level.Methods Our hospital between April 2012 and June 2012,receiving and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with acute aggravating period of random sampling,80 cases were analyzed retrospectively and to explore,and according to the hospital seeing a doctor order were randomly divided into control group and research group,40 cases in each group.Results Group after treatment in patients with FEVl%is expected to rise in value,FEV1 / FVC,PaO_2 value rise significantly,PaCO_2 decreased obviously.Conclusion for patients with COPD exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period,on the basis of using noninvasive ventilator therapy,continuous static drops of aminophylline combined isopropyl bromide treatment,not only can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction,also can improve the treatment effect,is widely used in clinical treatment.
