摘 要:分析了手机壳零件的注塑成型工艺,展示了模具设计的难点,模具运用潜伏式浇口避免了在制品表面留下浇口痕迹,并借助模流分析软件Moldflow对其浇口位置、充模时间、注射压力、气穴、熔接痕和翘曲等进行模拟分析,根据分析结果有针对性地优化模具设计方案。并将分析结果用于实际生产中,取得了较好的效果。The injection moulding process for a mobile phone shell was analyzed and the mould design difficulty was pointed out. The mold was adopted with submarine gate to avoid the surface of the product left traces of the gate; and then the best gate location of the mold, filling time, injection pressure, air traps, weld lines, cool and warping were analyzed by Moldflow software. The design plan of the injection mold was optimized according to the analyzing results of initial molding of the product. The analysis results were used in the actual production, and the effects were good.
