摘  要:针对城市公共充电网络运营服务能力能否满足私人电动汽车充电需求的问题,提出一种整体性仿真评估方法。首先确定影响因素,基于私人电动汽车在公共场所的充电需求、充电设施配置情况、充电设施覆盖半径等多种因素建立充电网络运营服务能力评估模型。其次根据城市电动汽车用户充电行为规律、出行规律分别进行快充、慢充的充电时间分布仿真。进而基于电动汽车及充电设施的数据进行计算,得出电动汽车充电网络一天内各小时的运营服务能力。基于此评估方法,以北京作为样本城市,获取北京公共充电设施数量、私人电动汽车数量进行计算,得到目前北京市区内公共充电网络运营服务能力,给出了充电设施建设缺口。最后建议北京的公共充电网络增加建设1.3倍的公共充电设施。In order to solve the problem of urban public charging network meeting demand from private electric vehicle(EV), this paper proposes a comprehensive simulation and evaluation methodology. First, factors affecting service capability are identified. Service capability model for EV charging network is built considering demand of private EV charging in public places, types and service radius of charging facility, etc. Then simulation of charging time distribution for slow and fast charges are conducted respectively based on urban EV users' charging and traveling activities. Calculation is carried out based on data of EV and public charging facilities, and result is obtained for service capabilities of EV charging networks of each hour in a day. Based on this evaluation method, taking Beijing as an example, number of public charging facilities and EVs is collected and service capability is calculated. Service capability of public charging networks of Beijing is acquired and insufficiency of charging facilities obtained. It is concluded that 1.3 times more public charging facilities should be added to Beijing's public charging network.
