摘　　要：建设基层服务型党组织是高职院校党建工作的重点,对强化党对高职院校领导、推动高职教育改革发展、服务高职学生成长成才具有重要意义。通过明确高职院校基层服务型党组织建设创新的意义,分析高职院校建设基层服务型党组织存在的突出问题,提出了高职院校基层服务型党组织建设创新的对策。Construction of service oriented basic-level Party branches is the key point of the Party construction in higher vocational colleges.It is very important to strengthen the party＇s leadership and promote the reform and development of higher vocational education and serve the growth of students in higher vocational colleges.This article has declared the significance of the innovative construction of service oriented basic-level Party branches in higher vocational colleges analyzes the prominent problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
