丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法应用计算机检索Web of Science、Pub Med、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,查找有关丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限截至2014年12月。由2名研究者根据纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献15篇,1468例患者,其中丁苯酞联合依达拉奉组(治疗组)737例,依达拉奉组(对照组)731例。Meta分析结果显示,两组NHISS评分(WMD=-2.65,95%CI:-3.97^-1.33,P<0.01)、痊愈率(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.45~2.44,P<0.01)、总有效率(OR=3.57,95%CI:2.57~4.95),P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效高于依达拉奉组。Objective To systemative evalute the clinical curative effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods Web of Science,Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang database,Weipu Chinese science and technology periodical database and Chinese biological and medical database were searched by using computer to find randomized controlled trials（RCT） that related to butylphthalide combined with edaravone treating acute cerebral infarction.Retrieval time was limited to December 2014.Independently screening literature and extract data were conducted by 2 researchers according to incorporated into and exclusion criteria.Meta analysis was conducted by using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results This study totally included 15 references and 1468 patients.737 cases were treated with butylphthalide combined with edaravone（treatment group） and 731 cases were treated with edaravone（control group）.The result of Meta analysis showed that the difference of NHISS score（WMD=-2.65,95%CI：-3.97^-1.33,P〈0.01）,recovery rate（OR=1.88,95%CI：1.45~2.44,P〈0.01） and total effective rate（OR=3.57,95%CI：2.57~4.95,P〈0.01） in tow groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone is better than edaravone treating acute cerebral infarction.
