512例老年结核病患者T-SPOT.TB结果回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨酶联免疫斑点试验（T-SPOT.TB）检测结果与老年结核患者临床表现的相关性。方法选取本院2012年1月~2015年2月临床确诊结核病且T-SPOT.TB检测阳性老年患者病例,分析T-SPOT.TB结果与结核患者临床表现的相关性。结果菌阳患者的斑点数明显高于菌阴患者的斑点数（P〈0.01）,肺部有空洞的患者斑点数明显高于肺部无空洞的患者（P〈0.01）。结论 T-SPOT.TB的斑点数虽并不精确地与结核活动程度成正相关,但仍然存在结核活动程度越高,斑点数越多的趋势。Objective To explore the correlation between test results of T-SPOT.TB and clinical feature of elderly tuberculosis patients. Methods Elderly patients who diagnosed as tuberculosis and T-SPOT.TB positive from January2012 to February 2015 of our hospital were selected.The correlation between T-SPOT.TB results and clinical feature of tuberculosis patients were compared and analyzed. Results Spot number in bacterium positive patients were obvious higher than bacterium negative patients（P〈0.01）.Spot number in patients with lung empty were obvious higher than patients did not with lung empty（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Although the spot number of T-SPOT.TB not positive correlation to tuberculosis activity level accurately,still there is the tendency that higher level of tuberculosis activity level,the more spot number.
