“标准治疗方案”在足跟部软组织缺损皮瓣修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究＂标准治疗方案＂在足跟部软组织缺损皮瓣修复中的应用效果。方法随机选取2009年5月~2014年10月到我院进行治疗的足跟部软组织缺损患者78例作为本次研究对象,根据是否按患者的具体伤情制定＂标准治疗方案＂将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果,分析足跟部软组织缺损皮瓣修复的最佳方法。结果观察组患者治疗前的Fugl-Meyer评分为（21.3±2.5）分,Enneking评分为（18.6±1.7）分,MBI评分为（64.9±6.7）分,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer评分为（38.4±2.9）分,Enneking评分为（34.1±2.6）分,MBI评分为（94.2±7.9）分,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者出院时并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗半年后,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损患者的治疗效果良好,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of ＂standard treatment protocols＂ in heel soft tissue defect skin flap repair. Methods 78 heel soft tissue defect patients who treated in our hospital from May 2009 to October 2014 were selected as object of this study.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the injury of patients to formulate ＂standard treatment protocols＂.The therapy between two groups were compared to analyse the best methods for heel soft tissue defect skin flap repair. Results Before treatment,the score of Fugl-Meyer,Enneking and MBI in standard group was（21.3±2.5）,（18.6±1.7） and（64.9±6.7） respectively,which had no significant difference compared with control group（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the score of Fugl-Meyer,Enneking and MBI in observation group was（38.4±2.9）,（34.1±2.6）and（94.2±7.9） respectively,significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The occurrence of complications in observation group had no significant difference compared with control group when discharged（P〉0.05）.But 6 months after therapy,the occurrence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using skin flap repair has good effect in heel soft tissue defect patients.It is worth to popularizing in clinic.
