摘  要:目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者高尿酸血症与胰岛β细胞功能的关系。方法选取2013年1月~2015年8月在本院内分泌科住院的98例新诊断T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据血清尿酸水平分为T2DM合并高尿酸组和T2DM正常尿酸组,行口服葡萄耐量试验及胰岛素释放试验,比较两组的FBG、HbAlc、血清尿酸、FINS水平以及胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能指数。结果两组的性别、年龄、BMI、WHR、FBG、HbAlc水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。T2DM合并高尿酸组的FINS、血清尿酸、△I(30)/△G(30)、AUC(I30-120)/AUC(G30-120)、DI水平显著高于T2DM正常尿酸组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新诊断T2DM合并高尿酸血症者较正常尿酸者存在胰岛β细胞功能代偿性增高。Objective To explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and islet beta cell function in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 98 newly diagnosed patients with T2 DM from January2013 to August 2015 in our department of Endocrinology and metabolism were selected and randomly divided into the T2 DM with hyperuricemia group and T2 DM with normal uricemia group according serum uric acid level.Oral glucose tolerance tests(OGTT) and insulin releaseing tests were performed.The level of FBG,HbAlc,FINS,serum uric acid,insulin resistance and islet beta cell function index was compared between two groups respectively.Results There was no significantly differences in sex,age,BMI,WHR,FBG,HbAlc between two groups(P〉0.05).The level of FINS,serum uric acid,△I(30)/△G(30),AUC(I30-120)/AUC(G30-120),disposition index in the T2 DM with hyperuricemia group was higher than that in T2 DM with normal uricemia group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The islet beta cell function was adaptive increased in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus companied with hyperuricemia,compared with normal uricemia.
