儿童腺样体肥大手术切除临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童腺样体肥大手术切除临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年9月~2015年6月我院收治的儿童腺样体肥大的患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例;对照组采用传统腺样体刮除术;观察组采用鼻内镜辅助经口腺样体切除术进行治疗,两组术后观察3个月,观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组儿童腺样体肥大手术切除37例,通过采用鼻内镜辅助经口腺样体切除术,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率89.19%。对照组采用传统腺样体刮除术治疗,有效14例,无效13例,总有效率64.86%。观察组并发症总发生率为18.92%,对照组并发症总发生率为32.43%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论通过采用鼻内镜辅助经口腺样体切除术进行治疗儿童腺样体肥大,不仅有效控制疾病并发症,减轻患儿痛苦,而且可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高患儿生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of children adenoid hypertrophy excision and to provide basis for clinical therapy. Methods 74 cases of children patients adenoid with hypertrophy from February 2014 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group was37 cases.Patients in control group were treated with traditional transoral curette adenoidectomy.patients in observation group were treated through the mouth adenoidectomy assisted by nasal endoscopy.All patients observed 3 months and the therapy effect of two groups were observed. Results 37 children adenoid hypertrophy in observation group were used through the mouth adenoidectomy assisted by nasal endoscopy 14 cases were effective,13 cases were non-effective and the total effective was 64.86%.The incidence rate of complications in observation group was 18.92%,which was 32.43% in control group and the therapy effect in observation group was obvious better than control group. Conclusion By using through the mouth adenoidectomy assisted by nasal endoscopy in treating children adenoid hypertrophy,not only effectively control the complications and alleviate the pain of children patients,but also effectively improve the clinical symptoms and enhance life quality of children patients.It is worth to popularize in clinical.
