双极电凝联合五黄油纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨双极电凝联合五黄油纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血的效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年7月本院耳鼻喉科的60例鼻出血行鼻腔填塞患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。所有患者均使用双极电凝止血,试验组使用五黄油纱条鼻腔填塞,对照组使用凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞,比较两组的鼻腔填塞后的反应程度、并发症、有效率等。结果试验组的术后反应程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。试验组的术后粘连、抽除后鼻出血、感染、睡眠障碍发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。试验组的总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双极电凝联合五黄油纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血安全有效,不良反应少,能减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of bipolar coagulation combined with nasal packing of Wuhuang oil gauze in the treatment of nasal bleeding. Methods 60 epistaxis patients from October 2014 to July 2015 in the department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with bipolar coagulation.The experimental group was treated with nasal packing of Wuhuang oil gauze,the control group was treated with nasal packing of vaseline gauze.The degree of postoperative response,complication and efficiency was compared between two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative response of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of postoperative adhesion,bleeding,infection and sleep-discorder in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,which was higher than 80.0% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bipolar coagulation combined with nasal packing of Wuhuang oil in the treatment of nasal bleeding is safe and effective,adverse reactions is less,which can reduce the pain of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
