足踝部皮肤缺损VSD术后行腓肠神经营养血管筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腓肠神经营养血管筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣移植术成功的重要护理措施。方法对9例足踝部皮肤缺损VSD术后患者给予心理护理,介绍皮瓣手术相关知识,指导体位训练,术后72 h内严密观察皮瓣血运,加强心理、疼痛护理及正确康复指导。结果 7例皮瓣全部成活,2例部分坏死。结论术前充分准备,术后严密观察并给予心理、疼痛及康复护理是皮瓣移植术成功关键环节之一。Objective To investigate the important nursing measures in repairing the retrograde island ttappedicled with the nutrient vessels of the gastrocnemius nerve. Methods 9 cases of ankle skin defect after VSDpatients were given psychological nursing by introducing flap surgery related knowledge, guided posturaltraining, then we gave them close observation of blood supply of the flap, strengthened the psychological painnursing and proper in 72 hours after surgery. Results Seven flaps survived, two cases suffered from partialnecrosis. Conclusion Preoperative fully preparation, close observation, psychological care, pain management,and rehabilitation are the keys to the success of sural neurovascular pedicle island flap grafting.
