摘　　要：养老机构是社会化养老重要组成部分,随着人口老龄化的发展,在解决家庭规模缩小和功能弱化、慢性病、空巢及失能老年人增多问题上,养老机构发挥了重要作用。以马斯洛需要理论为框架,对国内外机构老年人需求进行归纳和总结,以期为养老机构老年人需求评估提供依据。Pension institutions are an important part of socialization support for the elderly. Wltla Uaedevelopment of aging, pension institutions play an important role in family size shrinking and functionalweakening, chronic disease, disability and empty-nest elderly increasing. Based on the framework of Maslow＇shierarchy of needs theory, the authors review old people＇s needs in pension institutions at home and abroad,aiming at proving the basis for pension institutions needs assessment in the elderly.
