摘  要:天津港"8·12"特别重大火灾爆炸事故的发生,暴露出政府多部门的失察和监管不力,也暴露出政府部门舆情危机应对的短板:权威信息公布不及时、信息公开不完全、涉事主体回应态度不诚恳、焦点性问题回应不确定。对天津港"8·12"重大火灾爆炸事故中新闻发布会屡屡产生次生舆情的成因的分析,有助于形成合理有效的政府舆情危机应对策略。On August 12th, A devastating fire and explosion occurred in the Chinese Port of Tianjin,which not only exposed the government departments' lack of oversight and supervision but also their weakness in dealing with public opinion crisis. The weakness includes not-in-time authoritative information release, incomplete information disclosure, insincere attitude of involved parts and uncertain response to focus problems. Analyzing the causes of the secondary public opinion crisis from government press conferences in the event of Tianjin Port explosion is helpful for forming reasonable and effective countermeasures of nublic opinion crisis.
