摘  要:目的通过分析医患双方对医患信任改善对策的认知现状以及差异,提出基于双方视角的医患信任重构对策。方法在参与式与非参与式观察与个人访谈的基础上,北京市6家三甲医院医务人员和患者共1 209人进行问卷调查,通过统计分析了解医患信任改善对策的医患双方的认知差异。结果医患双方在医患信任关系改善对策的3个维度有认知差异,分别是患方改善对策、医方改善对策和政府改善对策。结论提出基于双方视角的医患信任关系重构对策:加强法制建设净化行业环境,深化医改、减轻双方经济负担,创新服务模式、提高医院服务质量,提升医患双方的"诚信素质"。Objective To analyze the different cognition between doctors and patients, and find out the enlightenment of reconstructing the doctor-patient trust relationship. Methods On the basis of participatory observation and in-depth interview,a questionnaire survey in 6 3A hospitals was used,including 1209 doctors and patients as the questionnaire survey participants,and the statistical methods to describe the trust status and differences between doctors and patients was used.Results Both doctors and patients have cognitive differences on the three dimensions of countermeasure for improving the doctor-patient trust relationship, respectively is patient improvement countermeasure, the doctors to improve the government countermeasure and improvement measures.Conclusion Put forward some countermeasures for the reconstruction of the relationship between doctors and patients: strengthening the legal system to purify the medical environment,deepening the reform to alleviate the financial burden of both sides,innovating management to improve the quality of hospital services,improving individual honesty quality.
