摘　　要：从LNG半挂车的主体材料、总体结构、关键制造工艺、使用条件等方面介绍LNG半挂车的设计和制造过程,该半挂车是一款大容积、大吨位的低温液体运输半挂车,减轻半挂车满载总质量是降低产品成本,提高运输效率的最有效措施,该项目的研究着重在减轻半挂车的整备质量提高装载质量和提高半挂车的低温绝热性能。From the general structure of the LNG semi-trailer, design calculation and manufacturing LNG semi-trailer were introduced from the aspects such as design and manufacture process, the semi-trailer is a large volume, large tonnage of cryogenic liquid transport semi-trailer, reduce the semi-trailer with total quality is to reduce the product cost, the most effective measures to improve the efficiency of transportation, the project＇s research focused on servicing quality improvement in reducing the semi-trailers loading quality and improve the semi-trailer cryogenic insulation performance.
