摘 要:采用水雾化法制备了Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_4及Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_2C_2两种铁基非晶软磁合金粉末。通过XRD、DSC、SEM及VSM等研究了C添加对Fe-Si-B-Nb非晶合金的相结构、非晶形成能力、粉末颗粒的形貌及粒度分布以及软磁性能的影响。结果表明,C元素的添加虽然在一定程度上削弱了合金的非晶形成能力,但仍然能通过水雾化制备出非晶态合金粉末,且粉末形貌得到改善,粒度分布亦趋于合理。同时,添加C元素后,Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_4及Fe_(75)Si_(8.4)B_(12.6)Nb_2C_2合金的饱和磁化强度及矫顽力分别为136.71 A·m2/kg、79.04A/m,较Fe75Si8.4B12.6Nb4合金的软磁性能得到大幅度提高。Fe75Si8.4B12.6Nb4 and Fe75Si8.4B12.6Nb2C2(in atomic percent) amorphous alloy powders were successfully prepared by water-atomization. Differences in phase phase structure, glass-forming ability (GFA), morphology and size distribution, as well as soft-magnetic properties for the two atomized alloy powders, were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, DSC and VSM. Results show that with the addition of C, the GFA for alloy decreases, while the particle morphology, size distribution and soft-magnetic properties are all improved. The Fe75Si8.4B12.6Nb2C2alloy has higher saturation magnetization of 136.71 A·;m2/kg and coercivity of 79.04A/m compared to Fe75Si8.4B12.6Nb4alloy.
