摘 要:随着国家对新能源的开发和推广,氢气作为清洁能源和工业气体被广泛应用到各个生产领域。水电解制氢具有工艺简单、高效环保的特点,是工业制氢的常用方法。由于氢气生产环境易燃易爆的特点,要求制氢设备在生产中必须运行稳定、安全可靠。PLC作为自动化控制装置,具有功能齐全,稳定可靠,抗干扰性强等特点,被广泛应用于各个领域。课题选择PLC+上位机的方式,针对某厂的中压水电解制氢设备,设计了温度自动控制系统。介绍了中压水电解制氢装置的换热原理和温度控制流程,利用PLC的PID运算控制功能保证槽温维持在设定范围内,以满足制氢装置的工艺要求,并通过上位机进行实时监控。With the development and promotion of new energy source in china, hydrogen is widely used as a kind of clean energy and industrial gas in the industrial production. Water electrolytic process with simple technology, high efficiency and environmental protection is a common method of industrial hydrogen production. PLC is used as a automatic control device, which is characteristic of anti-interference ability and perfect reliability. Consequently, it can be almost used in all industry control fields. The control system with PLC and PC is designed for the water electrolysis hydrogen generating plant. This paper introduces the heat-exchange and tem- perature control principle of the hydrogen generating system. PID controller with PLC is used to maintain the tank temperature within the logical range. It meets the technological requirements of the hydrogen production and the industrial control computer is used to supervise and control the production process.
