日本信息军事改革对我军信息化建设的启示

摘　　要：论文首先从美军信息军事改革的影响、信息技术产业的先天优势和适应信息化条件下联合作战的需要,对日本信息军事改革的动因进行了分析,然后,从战略机遇、武器装备、编制体制、指挥控制四个方面综述了日本信息军事改革的特点,进一步分析了日本信息军事改革右翼化加重和盲从于美国的缺陷,研究得出了对我军信息化建设的几点启示。The paper firstly introduced the United States navy＇s military information innovation ,the prior advantage of Japan＇s information technology industry ,and the adjustment to the new Joint Operations ,in the hope of analyzing the reason of Japan＇s mili‐tary information transformation .Then the paper discussed the characteristics of Japan＇s military information transformation into four aspects ,which were the strategic opportunity ,the weapon system ,the managerial structure and the command and control system . And then the paper pointed out the militarism of Japan＇s military transformation and its disadvantage of following American＇s military innovation steps .Finally ,the paper got some enlightenment from Japan＇s military transformation .
