生态文明背景下贵阳市居住用地集约利用评价

摘　　要：为提高贵阳市在大力建设生态文明背景下的居住用地集约利用水平,在大力建设生态文明背景下,以贵阳市居住用地为研究对象,从土地的利用强度、投入状况、产出状况、生态文明度四方面建立指标体系,评价贵阳市居住用地集约利用度与集约利用类型。研究表明:评价区域低度与中度利用比例较高,集约与高度利用比例较低,居住用地过多占用耕地,绿化用地所占比例偏小,公共设施、基础设施建设薄弱,生态文明建设面临新的挑战。因此挖掘低利用区潜力、合理规划城市用地结构、建立合理监督机制、加强公共设施、基础设施和生态文明建设有助于提高生态文明背景下的居住用地集约利用水平。The purpose of this study is to improve and provide a reference for the level of Guiyang city residential land intensive use. The residential land Guiyang district was selected as the study area on the background of ecological civilization. As for the mutual correlation and feedback among elements in the evaluation indicator system. The evaluation model was build by the means of establishing an index system of land use intensity, land input condition, and output condition and ecological civilization. The result shows that in the area of evaluation, the proportion of low and moderate use is high while that of high and intensive use is low, the cultivated land was over occupied by residential land, the green land account for smal proportion, public and infrastructure facilities is less advanced and the construction of ecological civilization is faced with new chalenges. Therefore, it is highly recommended to excavate the potential of low utilization areas, plan the urban land use structure legitimately, establish a rational supervision mechanism and enhance the public and infrastructure facilities and ecological construction to improve the level of intensive use of residential land in Guiyang under the background of ecological civilization.
